This is a non-paid clinical experience designed to supplement the requirements of your academic program. Placement availability depends on current department needs, preceptor capacity, and active affiliation agreements with your institution.
What you'll do#
- Participate in clinical experiences as required by your academic program.
- Engage with your preceptor and the department throughout the placement.
- Follow all guidelines and policies set by Nebraska Medicine.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited academic program for social work.
- Relevant majors include Psychology, Sociology, or Criminal Justice.
- Compliance with all applicable affiliation agreements between your school and Nebraska Medicine.

- Location: Omaha, Nebraska.
- Work modality: On-site.
- This is a non-paid, part-time student placement.
