About the role#
As a FinTech Intern, you will gain hands-on experience at the intersection of finance, technology, and artificial intelligence. You will work alongside professionals to support digital transformation initiatives and improve operational performance. This role focuses on applying emerging technologies to solve complex business challenges.
What you'll do#
- Analyze finance business processes, including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice management, and ERP workflows.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop business cases for AI and generative AI solutions to improve efficiency and automation.
- Manage and complete assigned projects in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with a department mentor to set goals and monitor your progress.
- Develop a deep understanding of NetJets operations, methodologies, and internal tools.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program, specifically in fields like Computer Science or Finance.
- Proficiency in Python, LLM, and Agentic AI.
- Experience with data mining, process mining, and process automation.
- Comfort using Excel for tracking and analysis.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
