About the role#
Admissions Student Processors help the department manage data, forms, and documents for prospective students. You act as quality control for student records and prepare outbound mail to support the incoming student experience. This is a paid, part-time student employment role.
What you'll do#
- Enter application data into Salesforce.
- Handle filing, copying, printing, and scanning tasks.
- Cover the front desk by answering and directing admissions calls.
- Retrieve and process transcripts.
- Build and mail acceptance letters and boxes for incoming students.
- Investigate and resolve errors found in student files.
- Assist with event preparation and parking.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at North Central University.
- Ability to work at a computer for multiple hours at a time.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated approach to learning.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous data entry or office experience is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Hours: 5-20 hours per week, scheduled between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
- Hiring: Rolling basis.
