About the role#
Nova-Tech Engineering offers a full-time, paid Software Development Co-Op program based in Willmar, Minnesota. This position runs for 6 to 9 months, with terms available starting in Winter, Summer, or Fall 2027. You will work on-site full-time, 40 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Build working relationships with members of a cross-functional team.
- Learn how to use an Agile Scrum framework to complete tasks.
- Prioritize competing tasks and project responsibilities to meet objectives on time.
- Develop a general understanding of the roles, processes, and procedures that support product development.
- Identify areas for professional development outside of your core curriculum.
- Explore specific skill areas and disciplines within software development.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Electrical Engineering degree program.
- Status as an incoming Junior or Senior student.

- Location: Willmar, Minnesota (on-site only).
- Pay: $22.50 per hour.
