    About the role#

    NVIDIA offers 12-week, full-time hardware engineering internships. You will work on projects that have a measurable impact on the business. Interns join teams focused on system validation, hardware design, mechanical engineering, or silicon solutions. These roles involve hands-on work with our hardware platforms across consumer, professional, server, mobile, and automotive domains.

    What you'll do#

    • Productize NVIDIA chips into solutions for various domains.
    • Conduct hardware testing, debugging, and validation of new products to meet performance and quality objectives.
    • Research and develop new concepts and materials in mechanical engineering.
    • Maintain a close relationship with architecture, hardware, and software design teams to test and debug new features.

    What you'll need#

    • Active enrollment in a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.
    • Graduation date must be clearly indicated on your resume or CV.
    • Programming skills in Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL, Perl, Python, or TCL.
    • Knowledge of board-level design, PCB, datacenter systems, Linux, and CAD software.
    • Experience with lab tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
