About the role#
We are looking for an Analog Hardware Intern to contribute to the design and validation of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits in our compute-in-memory architecture. This role provides hands-on experience with advanced silicon design.
What you'll do#
- Assist with schematic design, simulation, and layout of analog circuits.
- Perform transistor-level simulations using industry-standard tools.
- Support silicon validation, test chip bring-up, and performance measurements.
- Work with the analog team to analyze and improve circuit performance.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong foundation in analog circuit theory, device physics, and CMOS design.
- Experience with EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or HSPICE.
- Familiarity with lab equipment like oscilloscopes and signal generators is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to work in a lab or simulation environment.
