About the role#
The Accounting Scanning Student Worker supports the accounting department by digitizing financial records. You will handle document preparation, scanning, and quality control to ensure records are accurately stored in the Document Manager system. This role offers the opportunity to assist with various accounting projects as they arise.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and organize physical documents for digital imaging.
- Upload files into the Document Manager system.
- Perform quality assurance checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of scanned files.
- Handle other projects and duties as assigned by the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Strong academic record.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid reading comprehension and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards.

- This position is based in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
- Work is performed on-site.
- This is a paid, full-time student worker position.
- Hiring is on a rolling basis.
- The role requires the ability to lift or move materials weighing up to 20 pounds and perform repetitive motions while using office equipment.
