About the role#
Hiring at HexCoded operates as a production line. You will run this process using AI tools rather than relying solely on manual spreadsheets. You will work directly with the founders and have ownership of your tasks from day one. This is a full-time, remote internship with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Own the end-to-end job posting process, including writing job descriptions and managing listings on various platforms.
- Source and screen candidates for business, operations, and creative roles, including reviewing portfolios and reels.
- Automate recruitment workflows by using APIs, Claude Code, and MCP connectors to manage applications and generate shortlists.
- Coordinate candidate outreach via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
- Schedule interviews with founders and manage the end-to-end candidate experience.
- Handle candidate onboarding, documentation, and first-day setup.
- Maintain a weekly hiring dashboard to track openings, funnel numbers, and time-to-close metrics.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to figure out new technical tools quickly, such as using a terminal, GitHub, or making API calls.
- Experience with Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open roles and a high volume of candidates simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, pitch roles, and coordinate schedules.
- Students or graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Computer Science are encouraged to apply.
