About the role#
We are looking for an intern to join our team in Mason, Ohio. This is a paid, full-time position with a rolling start date. You will represent the Orangetheory brand while helping our studio grow.
What you'll do#
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet first-time guests.
- Interact with current members to build community.
- Sell memberships to help the studio reach its goals.
- Follow up with prospective members who have expressed interest.
- Participate in local marketing and outreach events.
- Keep studio areas clean and organized.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
- A high level of enthusiasm for the Orangetheory brand.
- A desire to set and surpass personal and professional goals.
- A strong focus on providing quality customer service.
