About the role#
The Operations, PE Analyst Intern role at Phi Group supports the CFO through financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You will work on projects to improve business performance and profitability. This role requires a focus on cost savings, process analysis, and accounting support. You will be expected to investigate issues, identify root causes, and manage risk.
What you'll do#
- Provide analytical, forecasting, and project support to the CFO.
- Manage bid processes by collecting data, performing analysis, and coordinating with departments involved in pricing.
- Produce reports on key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization.
- Develop models to assist with decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analysis, or Financial Risk Specialist.
- Currently pursuing an MBA.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage work through ambiguous or unstructured problems.
- High curiosity and the ability to evaluate competing viewpoints.
