About the role#
The Human Resources Intern provides support to the HR department at Phi Group. You will work alongside HR Business Partners and specialists to assist with various projects. This role involves interacting with employees across all departments, including corporate, maintenance, and hangar teams. You will help ensure HR policies and procedures run smoothly while maintaining accurate records.
What you'll do#
- Organize electronic and paper employee files for easy access.
- Assist with the new hire orientation process for all departments.
- Support the Employee Engagement and Refreshment Program.
- Post, update, and remove job ads on job boards and career pages.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
- Address employee queries regarding benefits and distribute company policies.
- Participate in organizing company events and career days.
- Assist with compensation analysis and prepare management presentations.
What you'll need#
- Working towards a BS or equivalent degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills, including the ability to think and act.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High curiosity and the ability to evaluate multiple, competing viewpoints simultaneously.
