About the role#
Plug and Play Tech Center is looking for a Program & Events Intern to join the Korean team at our Sunnyvale headquarters. This is a full-time, on-site internship. You will act as a bridge between Silicon Valley and our partners in Korea, supporting senior leadership with cross-border programs and business development.
What you'll do#
- Lead the planning and delivery of innovation programs.
- Draft, translate, and localize professional proposals and reports.
- Coordinate communications and deliverables between Sunnyvale HQ and partner organizations.
- Manage scheduling and follow-ups for senior leadership.
- Lead logistical planning for visiting Korean delegations, including site visits and event schedules.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
- Professional-level fluency in both Korean and English, including written and spoken proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Rocketlane, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Availability to work flexible hours to coordinate with partners in Korea.
