    About the role#

    As a Material Program Management Intern, you will act as a liaison between the Supply Chain and Program teams. You will work to execute material strategies from the start of a business project through to contract closure. This role is a full-time, on-site position for the Summer 2027 term.

    What you'll do#

    • Support the development and implementation of material strategies.
    • Conduct material forecasting.
    • Ensure cost and schedule requirements are met.
    • Evaluate metrics to monitor Supply Chain health.
    • Support supplier assessments and ROMs/proposals.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree program in Supply Chain Management.
    • Completion of at least 60 credit hours by the start of the internship.
    • Experience with Supply Chain processes, tools, and Microsoft Office.
    • U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
    • Prior experience in a Defense Contracting environment or with SAP/PRISM is preferred.
    • Previous internship, co-op, or work experience with RTX is a plus.

    • This internship is located in Tucson, Arizona.
    • The role is strictly on-site.
