    About the role#

    The Rotational Engineering Co-Op program provides a hands-on experience across automation and control engineering. Over 18 to 24 months, you will rotate through three core areas: Panel Shop and Field Services, Applications Projects and Upgrades, and Advanced Automation Services. This program builds expertise in hardware, electrical systems, software, and field engineering. You will work in both shop and customer environments to solve real-world problems.

    What you'll do#

    • Build and wire electrical control panels from the ground up, including schematics and quality testing.
    • Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades at customer sites.
    • Configure control systems and support project execution from design through commissioning.
    • Optimize control system performance through alarm rationalization and HMI design.
    • Collaborate with sales professionals to develop customer solutions and understand business needs.
    • Engage in cybersecurity enhancements and modernization of legacy systems.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program.
    • Status as a sophomore on track to begin your junior year.
    • A minimum 2.8 GPA.
    • Major in Chemical, Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering.

    • Location: Stafford, Texas.
    • Term: Fall 2027 (August 30 to December 17).
    • Modality: On-site, full-time.
    • This is a paid position.
