About the role#
The digital experience operations and analytics team manages data collection to generate actionable insights. We turn these insights into digital customer experiences through sales and marketing automation, personalization, and audience segmentation.
What you'll do#
- Collect and analyze data across customer touch-points like TI.com and promotional content.
- Use Customer Data Platforms and other marketing technology to create audience segments.
- Build an ecosystem for fast reporting and train teams on how to use it.
- Analyze key performance indicators to recommend improvements for sales and marketing programs.
- Experiment with new approaches to find effective solutions.
- Use data to guide the creation and optimization of marketing programs.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, Analytics, MIS, Web Design, User Experience, Technical Communications, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
- Experience or basic proficiency with programming languages like Python or Java.
- Experience or basic proficiency with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Data Studio.
- Experience or basic proficiency with martech platforms like CDPs, ESPs, CRMs, Marketo, or Eloqua.
- Previous internship experience in a similar field.
- Ability to multitask and handle conflicting priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and a curious mindset.
- Ability to communicate complex topics to a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and make progress in ambiguous environments.
- Experience developing marketing strategies targeted at driving KPIs.
