About the role#
This summer internship offers an opportunity to join the Deals practice at PwC in Calgary. You will work within a team focused on mergers and acquisitions, helping clients create and capture value throughout the acquisition or divestiture process. This position is a full-time, paid role for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Develop consulting skills while working on M&A projects.
- Assist with fully integrated due diligence, organisation design, and change management initiatives.
- Support clients as they integrate or separate businesses across various functions.
- Build business acumen and core project management capabilities.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to solve complex client challenges.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program, with a preference for students entering their third year of study.
- Academic focus in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Operations Management.
- Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Data and analytics literacy, including AI fluency and effective prompting.
- A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working with diverse perspectives.
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada for the duration of the internship.
