About the role#
Radiance Technologies is hiring an Administrative Operations Intern to support our team in Huntsville. This is a part-time, paid position with a rolling term. You will assist with daily office operations and help keep our internal processes running smoothly.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate meetings by managing invitations and booking conference rooms.
- Take meeting notes and document action items.
- Track follow-up tasks to ensure they reach resolution.
- Monitor team travel and verify that Trip Reports are completed and filed.
- Organize and maintain SharePoint data storage.
- Update group tracking and presentation files.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed to support team operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior or senior in a bachelor's degree program.
- US citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A responsive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
