About the role#
Ragle Inc is seeking a Field Engineer Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in El Paso, Texas. Interns receive weekly pay of $1,250 and company-provided housing for the duration of the program, which begins after Memorial Day. Expect a 50-hour work week involving direct participation in heavy highway construction projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist with contract administration and subcontractor management.
- Help prepare and review change orders.
- Learn job cost reporting and project analysis.
- Contribute to work plans, schedules, and resource planning.
- Participate in project meetings and team coordination.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and safety policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Technology.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- A goal-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience through coursework or prior internships is helpful.
