About the role#
Ragle Inc is hiring a Field Engineer Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Houston, Texas. You will work 50 hours per week, with housing provided.
What you'll do#
- Assist with contract administration and subcontractor management.
- Help prepare and review change orders.
- Learn job cost reporting and project analysis.
- Contribute to work plans, schedules, and resource planning.
- Participate in project meetings and team coordination.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and safety policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Technology.
- Related experience through coursework or previous internships is helpful.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- A goal-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn.
