About the role#
This internship is part of the Human Resources Leadership Development Program. It offers hands-on work assignments designed to build your functional skills and business acumen. You will gain exposure to the business by relocating to different RTX locations during the program. This is a paid, full-time position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support HR Partners, Global People Services, and various Communities of Expertise.
- Take on frontline assignments to stretch your professional capabilities.
- Participate in training, mentoring, and guidance from company leadership.
- Build a professional network by connecting with current program participants and alumni.
What you'll need#
- A Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated skills in leadership, teamwork, communication, and analysis.
- A willingness and ability to relocate anywhere in the United States for the duration of the program.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
Location & details#
- The role is based in Arlington, Virginia, but requires the flexibility to relocate.
- The work modality is hybrid, with time split between onsite and offsite work as determined by your manager.
