    About the role#

    This position focuses on professional relationship management and providing financial advice to clients. You will work as a member of a Client Relationship Team, coordinating with partners to deliver tailored solutions and resolve business challenges. This is a full-time, paid, on-site role based in Coquitlam, British Columbia.

    What you'll do#

    • Prospect and generate leads for new and existing clients using your business development experience.
    • Provide business and financial advice within a team model to ensure a high level of client service.
    • Work with expert advisors to build and carry out client contact strategies.
    • Manage portfolios and mitigate risk by reviewing financial statements and identifying trends.
    • Identify referral opportunities and introduce clients to the appropriate partners.

    What you'll need#

    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial banking.
    • Proven skill in client management, business development, and relationship building.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
    • Proficiency in new client acquisition including pitching, lead generation, and cold calling.
    • Experience with digital banking tools and web-based meeting technology.
    • A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics is preferred.
    • Korean language skills and credit analysis experience are considered assets.
