About the role#
Rite of Passage is hiring an Administrative Intern for our main office in Minden, Nevada. This is a paid, part-time position with a rolling start date. You will work on-site to help maintain the daily functions of our office while supporting our mission to improve the lives of youth.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative and reception support to the team.
- Assist with finance operations.
- Help ensure the office runs efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
- Create a safe and supportive environment for the youth we serve.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, TB test, and a search of the child abuse central registry.
- Preference is given to students majoring in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, Human Resources, or Psychology.
Location & details#
- Location: Minden, Nevada.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, less than 29 hours per week.
- Pay: $20 per hour.
