About the role#
As a Product Management Intern, you will spend 12 weeks shaping the experience of millions of users on the Roblox platform. You will work alongside senior product managers to define strategy and roadmaps, helping to drive product success from initial ideation through to launch. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Build product features that millions of users interact with daily.
- Partner with senior product managers to define product strategy and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with design, data science, product marketing, and engineering teams.
- Write specifications, experimentation plans, and go-to-market briefs.
- Conduct user research and analyze data to identify community needs.
- Support market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science, computer engineering, business administration, mathematics, or a related field.
- You have a strong interest in user experience and building features.
- You are curious about user behaviors and experiences.

- Modality: Hybrid (onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
