About the role#
As a Field Engineer Intern, you will work directly with superintendents to support daily operations at our job sites. You will gain practical experience in construction management while contributing to the successful delivery of our real estate projects. This is a paid, full-time position based in Denver.
What you'll do#
- Support superintendents with daily tasks on the job site.
- Help manage project document flow and scheduling.
- Assist with quality control and safety protocols.
- Develop a first-hand understanding of how job sites are coordinated.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a closely-related field.
- You are within 18 months of graduating with your four-year degree.
- You can commit to working 40 hours per week for at least a three-month term.
- You have the ability to read and understand contracts, specifications, and architectural or engineering drawings.
- You communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats.
