About the role#
The Field Engineer Intern supports our superintendents with daily operations on active construction sites. You will gain direct experience in job-site coordination while helping manage the flow of project documents, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
What you'll do#
- Assist superintendents with daily site duties.
- Manage project document flow and scheduling.
- Support quality control processes and maintain safety standards.
- Develop a first-hand understanding of how a job site functions.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate, Architecture, or Environmental Engineering.
- Within 18 months of graduating with a four-year degree.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for at least a three-month term.
- Skill in reading and interpreting contracts, specifications, and architectural or engineering drawings.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: $20-$25 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
