About the role#
This is a full-time internship for the summer of 2027. You will join an intern cohort to work alongside experienced professional and technical employee-owners. The program provides hands-on experience in civil, construction, and geotechnical engineering. You will learn about all aspects of the firm while gaining access to technical experts.
What you'll do#
- Perform hands-on tasks in your chosen area of interest.
- Participate in professional development activities to help transition from campus to career.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions as required for technical roles.
- Perform routine lifting of 40 to 50 lbs.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a related degree program, such as Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Preference is given to rising juniors, seniors, or graduate students.
- Previous related experience or leadership roles in campus, community, or work settings is preferred.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to travel out of town when required.
- You must meet the requirements of the company Fleet Management Program, Substance Policy, and Reference check program.
