About the role#
Shamrock Surgical is looking for a finance and bookkeeping intern to support our operations. This is a paid, part-time position with a rolling start date. You will work remotely to assist our team with financial tracking and administrative tasks.
What you'll do#
- Manage inventory records using Excel.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks in Quickbooks Online.
- Oversee expense management through Concur.
- Process invoicing and collections in Quickbooks Online.
- Maintain service contracts and manage customer communication.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance.
- You have experience with inventory management.
- You are proficient in Excel.
- You work well independently.
