About the role#
This Marketing Events Co-Op position is a full-time role based in Boston. You will work as a member of the North America Events team to support the planning, production, and reporting of various external events including flagships, conferences, forums, and roundtables. This role is a hybrid position.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning and execution of all external events.
- Manage sponsorship activities, including coordinating meetings, gathering speaker bios, and maintaining inventory.
- Handle event logistics such as arranging food and beverage, ordering supplies and audiovisual equipment, and making travel arrangements.
- Create social media images for events.
- Track and report financial information and ROI for event activities to stakeholders.
- Assist with event research, room layouts, and vendor communication.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Undergraduate or Masters co-op program.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in a Windows environment, specifically Outlook, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in environments with shifting priorities.
- Ability to travel during peak seasons.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
