About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship that splits your time between digital marketing and youth coaching. You will spend half of your hours building marketing campaigns and growing the business, while the other half involves leading soccer sessions for children ages 2 to 8. This role is a chance to build a professional portfolio while working directly with the community.
What you'll do#
- Create social media content for Facebook and Instagram.
- Design promotional materials like flyers and banners using Canva.
- Manage customer databases and CRM platforms.
- Support Google Ads, SEO, and digital advertising efforts.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and analyze performance data.
- Identify and recruit new community partners and schools.
- Help run community events and marketing campaigns to drive enrollment.
- Lead soccer sessions using our curriculum to teach skills and character development.
- Create a positive environment that builds confidence and teamwork in children.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Management, Education, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and an organized approach to tasks.
- A creative mindset and a desire to learn.
- A genuine interest in working with children and giving back to the community.
- Reliable transportation to attend sessions and events.
- No prior coaching or soccer experience is required as we provide all training.
Location & details#
- The position is based in Levittown, Pennsylvania.
- This is a hybrid role with remote work options available.
- The internship is paid at $15 per hour for up to 40 hours per week.
- Tuition reimbursement of up to $1200 is available upon completion of 500 hours.
