About the role#
This internship offers a mix of field coaching and office work. You will lead soccer sessions for children aged 18 months to 8 years while gaining experience in marketing and business operations. This is a full-time, paid position with a hybrid schedule split between the field and the office.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for young children.
- Coach on the field at various local sites.
- Help with marketing initiatives and business operations.
- Support community events.
What you'll need#
- A desire to impact children through sports and fitness.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Reliable transportation to commute to the Burtonsville office and various coaching sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Availability to work on weekends.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
- Currently pursuing studies in Marketing or Business Administration.

- Locations: Arlington, Virginia and Burtonsville, Maryland.
- Schedule: 30+ hours per week, including weekends.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with 50% on-field coaching and 50% office and event support.
