About the role#
This internship offers a mix of field coaching and office experience. You will work with children ages 18 months to 8 years old to introduce them to sports. The role is split between coaching sessions at local schools and parks and supporting business operations in the office. You will gain hands-on experience in youth sports management while working 30 plus hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for young children.
- Support daily business operations.
- Assist with marketing initiatives.
- Help coordinate community events.
What you'll need#
- A desire to impact children through sports and fitness.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
- Students in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Operations Management, or Psychology are encouraged to apply.

- Location: York, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Fall 2026 (August 17 to December 4).
- Compensation: $7.25 per hour.
- Format: Hybrid role with 50% on-field coaching and 50% office and event work.
- Schedule: Must be available to work on weekends.
