About the role#
This internship offers a mix of field coaching and office experience. You will work with children ages 18 months to 8 years old to introduce them to soccer. The role involves leading sessions at preschools, schools, and parks. You will also assist with business operations, marketing, and community events. This position is for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for young children.
- Support local marketing efforts and community events.
- Assist with daily business operations.
- Gain hands-on experience in youth sports management.
What you'll need#
- Passion for impacting children through sports and fitness.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to the office and various coaching sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
- Current student in Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management.

- Location: Rockville, Maryland.
- Term: Fall 2026 (August 17 to December 4).
- Work Modality: Hybrid (50% on-field coaching and 50% office and events).
- Commitment: Full-time (30+ hours per week), including weekends.
