About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in youth sports management. You will work in a hybrid format, splitting your time between coaching on the field and supporting administrative tasks in the office. This role is designed for students interested in business, operations, marketing, or psychology who want to gain professional experience while working with children.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years.
- Assist with daily business operations and marketing initiatives.
- Support community events.
- Participate in both online and in-person training.
What you'll need#
- A genuine interest in positively impacting children through sports and fitness.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- A valid driver's license and access to a personal insured vehicle.
- Reliable transportation to commute to the office and travel to various coaching sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Availability to work on weekends.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred, though soccer experience is not required.

- Location: Bowie, Maryland.
- Term: Fall 2026 (August 17 to December 4, 2026).
- Schedule: Full-time (30+ hours per week).
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
