About the role#
This internship offers a mix of field coaching and office work. You will lead soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years old while helping with marketing, business operations, and community events. The role requires a balance of physical activity and administrative tasks. You will gain insight into the daily operations of a youth sports franchise.
What you'll do#

What you'll need#
- A desire to impact children's lives through sports and fitness.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver's license and access to a personal insured vehicle.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to the office and travel to coaching sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Bowie, Maryland.
- Term: Fall 2026 (August 17 to December 4).
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with a split between on-field coaching and office or event support.
- Schedule: Full-time, 30+ hours per week, including weekends.
- Majors: Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.
