About the role#
This internship offers a mix of field coaching and office work. You will spend half your time leading soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years old. The other half involves supporting marketing, business operations, and community events. It is a full-time role for the Fall 2026 term, running from August 17 to December 4, 2026.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for young children.
- Assist with marketing initiatives to promote programs.
- Help with daily business operations.

What you'll need#
- A desire to positively impact children through sports and fitness.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to the Burtonsville office and traveling to coaching sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Preference is given to those with prior experience working with children.
- Enrollment in a Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications program.
Location & details#
This is a hybrid position based in Washington, DC, and Burtonsville, MD. You will work at least 30 hours per week, including weekends. This is a paid internship.
