About the role#
Sonar is looking for a motivated student to join our Finance team as a Purchase to Pay Intern. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience in financial operations within a growing software company. You will work on real-world tasks, including financial data management and AI deployment projects.
What you'll do#
- Process vendor bills by verifying incoming invoices for accuracy.
- Match vendor bills to purchase orders and goods received to optimize financial workflows.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to confirm the receipt of goods or services.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records to maintain accuracy.
- Apply your AI knowledge to practical projects within our operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- Proficiency in computer applications, specifically the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Modality: On-site.
- Terms: Summer 2026 and Fall 2026.
- Status: Paid internship; this is not a full-time position.
