About the role#
Springs Window Fashions is hiring a Mechanical Engineering Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This paid internship provides hands-on experience by supporting the engineering team with project work and cross-functional collaboration. You will work from our corporate headquarters in Middleton, Wisconsin.
What you'll do#
- Join innovation project teams to support product design and engineering calculations.
- Create product test plans and author test procedures.
- Build and assemble prototypes.
- Perform functional testing on products.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably as a Sophomore or Junior.
- Previous internship experience in a relevant function is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
