About the role#
This is a hands-on marketing position where you will work directly with the team building and scaling our platform. You will contribute to our creator program, student communities, and day-to-day marketing efforts. This role offers direct exposure to our founders and senior leadership while you work on a product used by millions of students.
What you'll do#
- Manage creator program operations, including onboarding, tracking submissions, and maintaining clear communication.
- Support the creative side of the program by briefing content and reviewing submissions against brand guidelines.
- Identify new creators and potential partnership opportunities.
- Help manage and grow our student communities by engaging members and keeping spaces active.
- Assist with general marketing tasks across content, social media, and campaigns.
- Support the content team and participate in marketing videos.
- Attend strategy meetings to share your perspective as a student.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s program, preferably as a junior or senior.
- A genuine interest in marketing, the creator economy, or online communities.
- Strong, clear, and direct written communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized and dependable while managing multiple tasks.
- A self-starter mindset that allows you to work independently.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, or Canva is a plus.
- Experience managing social accounts, Discord, Reddit, or campus organizations is helpful.
Location & details#
- Location: Beverly Hills, California (on-site).
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Commitment: Part-time.
- Compensation: $3,500 per month.
- Benefits: Lunch provided every Friday and dinner provided for any work past 6:00 PM.
- Majors: Marketing or Business Administration.
