About the role#
The Business Leadership Program (BLP) Internship is a 10-week paid summer assignment. You will work on projects that contribute to our business operations and gain hands-on experience in Internal Audit. The program includes an orientation, networking opportunities, and support from mentors.
What you'll do#
- Perform audit and testing work, including design, planning, field work, and reporting.
- Conduct ongoing business monitoring to track emerging topics and trends.
- Perform industry research to identify regulatory requirements, red flags, and trends.
- Participate in formal training sessions covering compliance and technical audit practices.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Internal Audit, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum overall 3.0 GPA.
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Availability for 10 consecutive weeks between June and August 2027.
- Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to learning.
