About the role#
The Business Leadership Program (BLP) Internship is a 10-week paid summer assignment. You will work on projects that support our business goals while gaining exposure to functions like Marketing, Risk, Credit, Technology, and Operations. The program includes an orientation, networking opportunities with company leaders, and ongoing mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Develop strategies to improve sales performance and loyalty programs for retail partners.
- Advise on new store locations by analyzing retail growth data.
- Track the health of client portfolios and assess the performance of risk initiatives.
- Analyze public sentiment to provide insights into the customer experience.
- Identify strategic insights and present findings to stakeholders and clients.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Minimum overall 3.0 GPA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience synthesizing diverse information to develop strategies.
- Data mining experience is helpful.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for 10 consecutive weeks.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Stamford Hub in Connecticut.
- The internship takes place during the summer of 2026.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
