About the role#
This 10-week summer internship provides an immersive experience in the manufacturing and energy industry. You will join a project-based program where you contribute to business-critical tasks such as process improvements, operational efficiency, and cost reduction. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience and build your network. At the end of the program, you will present your project findings and recommendations to leadership.
What you'll do#
- Lead projects focused on improving business and operational performance.
- Analyze data to find opportunities for process optimization.
- Help develop standard procedures, reports, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reach project goals.
- Participate in site visits, meetings, and professional development activities.
- Present your final project findings and recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental, or Computer Engineering, or Data Science or Occupational Safety & Health.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret and analyze technical or operational data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Power Apps.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Interest in manufacturing, industrial operations, and continuous improvement.
