    About the role#

    Tencent is building an in-house sourcing hub to improve our recruitment and talent acquisition. We are looking for interns to join this team and learn how we identify and engage talent for our open positions.

    What you'll do#

    • Work with the hiring team to understand specific job requirements and qualifications.
    • Research talent markets and industry trends to find where potential candidates are located.
    • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for evergreen roles.
    • Reach out to potential candidates via email, social media, or phone to discuss job opportunities.
    • Track and analyze the effectiveness of sourcing projects, including conversion rates and process improvements.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an undergraduate or master’s degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, or Human Resources.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret information.
    • Ability to work effectively in cross-regional and cross-cultural environments.
    • Prior experience in recruitment or sourcing is preferred.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Palo Alto, California.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • This is a paid, full-time internship.
    • Compensation ranges from $20.77 to $38.08 per hour, depending on experience.
    • Interns receive 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and up to 13 paid holidays. Full-time interns may be eligible for the company-sponsored medical plan.
