    About the role#

    The Audio System Design Team develops audio systems for live shows, including parades, stage shows, and special events. This internship runs from January 2027 to June 2027. You will support designers in the technical and creative production process for projects across Disney theme parks and resorts.

    What you'll do#

    • Produce documentation, design intent, and audio drawings.
    • Use programs including AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Q-Sys Designer, and SMAART.
    • Assist with design and technical research.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams, such as designers and production teams.
    • Help with installation and project delivery.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate level student.
    • Major in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Knowledge of audio technology and equipment.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Ability to learn new software applications.
    • Availability to work 40 hours per week, Sunday through Saturday.

    • Location: Kissimmee, Florida.
    • Duration: Winter 2027 (January to June).
    • Work modality: On-site.
    • Compensation: $22.00 per hour.
    • This is a full-time, paid internship.
