About the role#
As an Executive Operations Analyst Intern for Summer 2027, you will analyze business performance and help leaders make informed decisions. This full-time, 12-week program offers exposure across the business while you work alongside experienced professionals to build your analytical skills.
What you'll do#
- Analyze business reports and customer feedback to spot trends and suggest improvements.
- Use SQL and Excel to turn raw data into actionable insights.
- Write clear memos and analyses to present your findings to leadership.
- Collaborate with various departments to gain real-world experience and build your business knowledge.
What you'll need#
- Junior-status college student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Exposure to SQL or other programming languages is preferred.

- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
- Available locations include Pleasant Prairie, WI, Milwaukee, WI, Waukegan, IL, Glenview, IL, and Kenosha, WI.
