About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship for students looking to start a sales career. You will work alongside experienced sales professionals to gain real-world experience in a face-to-face selling role. The program includes two weeks of professional sales training to build your product knowledge and presentation skills. You will receive a car and phone allowance during the summer.
What you'll do#
- Support sales growth in accounts across various industries within your territory.
- Provide customer service and help clients find solutions using the company catalog and website.
- Coordinate and conduct one-on-one customer visits.
- Attend weekly sales team meetings to share ideas and learn from Account Managers and department leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college Sophomore or Junior.
- Strong professional communication and presentation skills.
- A hardworking, enthusiastic, and team-oriented approach.
Location & details#
- This internship is based on-site in Pittsburgh and Monroeville, Pennsylvania.
- The program runs during the Summer of 2027.
- All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
