About the role#
This rotational internship offers a look at the full sales cycle within electrical distribution. You will gain hands-on experience by supporting customer service, sales, and operational functions. The program includes rotations through multiple departments to provide a broad understanding of the business and the customer journey. You will work alongside a coach and mentor, engage with leadership, and complete a final capstone project.
What you'll do#
- Support sales and customer service activities, including order entry and account support.
- Assist with operational processes such as inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse coordination.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Analyze data and assist with reporting, tracking, and project work.
- Partner with employee-owners on projects that support business growth and operational excellence.
- Complete and present a capstone project.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma.
- Current sophomore or junior status pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt, learn new systems, and work collaboratively.
