About the role#
As an Operations Analyst Intern for Summer 2027, you will work on projects that improve how our business operates. You will collaborate with teams across the company to develop analytical skills and see your work make a difference. This is a full-time, 12-week program designed to provide professional experience through meaningful business projects.
What you'll do#
- Analyze business reports and processes to uncover insights and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Partner with various departments to gain a broad understanding of the business and develop recommendations for efficient operations.
- Use analytical tools, including SQL and Power BI, to pull and organize data for reports and special projects.
- Present your findings and recommendations to business partners and executive leadership.
- Participate in Lunch and Learn sessions, intern outings, and networking events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software.
- Experience with SQL or other analytical tools is preferred.
- A strong work ethic, critical thinking abilities, and an eagerness to learn.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
- Locations include Pleasant Prairie, WI, Milwaukee, WI, Kenosha, WI, Waukegan, IL, and Glenview, IL.
- Complimentary housing is provided for out-of-town interns.
