    About the role#

    This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer of 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in warehouse departments such as order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control. The program prepares you for future leadership roles by teaching you how to develop and support warehouse teams. You will also partner with a mentor on projects to improve warehouse operations.

    What you'll do#

    • Perform warehouse functions including packing, picking, and inventory control.
    • Learn Uline warehouse operations through hands-on training.
    • Partner with a mentor on operational improvement projects.
    • Develop skills in team support and warehouse leadership.

    What you'll need#

    • Junior-status college student standing.
    • Pursuing a degree in warehousing, logistics, business management, or supply chain.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
    • Strong work ethic combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    Location & details#

    • This is an on-site position based in Lacey, Tacoma, or Olympia, Washington.
    • The internship is full-time and paid at $22 per hour.
    • All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
