About the role#
Valbruna is hiring a Human Resources Intern to support our HR team in a manufacturing environment. This role offers hands-on experience with recruiting, onboarding, and daily HR administration. We are looking for someone who wants to learn how these processes function in a professional setting.
What you'll do#
- Help with recruiting tasks, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Support the new hire onboarding and orientation process.
- Keep employee records and HR databases accurate and confidential.
- Assist with filing, attendance tracking, and general HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain safety compliance records.
- Work on various administrative projects as assigned by the HR staff.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- You have strong organizational and time-management skills.
- You communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- You can handle confidential information with professionalism.
- You work well both independently and as part of a team.
