About the role#
VelocityEHS is looking for a Customer Experience Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position running for approximately 14 to 16 weeks between January and April. You will work within our Customer Experience department to support initiatives that improve worker safety and sustainability outcomes.
What you'll do#
- Streamline department processes and execute key deliverables.
- Collaborate with our Services, Success, and Support teams.
- Manage projects with varying timelines and maintain existing project documentation.
- Participate in onboarding programs and gain cross-functional exposure.
- Engage in routine check-ins, goal setting, and stakeholder interactions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program, specifically in Kinesiology, Computer Engineering, Public Health, or Environmental Engineering.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience working both independently and as part of a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Location & details#
This role is remote and open to candidates residing in Canada or the United States. A hybrid work option is available for those who prefer to work out of our Oakville, Ontario office. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
